For a year before I met Seki my menstrual cycle was only regular if I took medication. I was overweight and felt tired a lot of the time. I wasn’t happy with the way I felt and wished that I could change it, but I didn’t know how – then I met Seki.
I can honestly say that Seki changed my life; she recommended that I take some supplements and I now have regular periods without any medication. In addition to this I have lost weight (two dress sizes in four months), and I feel a lot more energised. The best thing about Seki’s approach is that she helped me understand what food was good for me and what I had to stay away from. The awareness that she has given me will stay with me for life, helping me make a more informed choice about what I eat and why. Seki was always helpful, however trivial my question was, she answered me prompted and fully. It was really a pleasure to deal with her and I cannot recommend her highly enough!
