What to expect
What to expect from your consultation:
Consultations are one-to-one treated in the strictest confidence. They take place in my Central London clinic or can be held in your place of work (Central London only).
Prior to your consultation you will be sent a detailed questionnaire relating to your diet, lifestyle, medical history and the areas you are looking to address. This completed questionnaire is brought to the consultation with you. You are free to contact Seki prior to your meeting should you have any questions.
The first consultation is the longest; lasting around 1 hour 15 minutes, during this time together, you will be asked more questions in order to assess your current nutritional status.
It is during this initial consultation that we should be able to establish how many appointments will be necessary; this depends on the individual, the condition and the progress.
Working together with Seki a personalised plan is formulated taking into account your lifestyle, tastes and needs. It may arise that some areas require further investigation therefore a biochemical test may be recommended, e.g. food intolerances, hormone imbalances or digestive complaints.
A personalised supplement programme may be recommended to correct any imbalances or deficiencies, but remember that these are supplementing a balanced diet and are not designed as a replacement.
Throughout the consultation you are free to ask questions; this is your time to air anything that you are unsure about. It is usually suggested that you attend a follow-up consultation 4 weeks later; to assess your progress, discuss any feedback or changes or review test results.
Included in the service is telephone and email support; should you have any questions, comments or feedback you can ask. This on-going support can provide the missing link that so many of us need to keep on track and motivated.
Remember that it may have taken months or years for your health to decline or for symptoms to present, so don’t expect overnight results, but with patience and support you can expect to feel
